Who we are

AI Cairde Ltd is a technology company registered in England and Wales (71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ). We build AI-powered site coordination and workforce compliance software for UK construction businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when our platform is deployed on your site.

What data we collect

When workers and staff interact with the AI Cairde platform, we collect the following data on behalf of the client business: full name and job role, phone number (WhatsApp), CSCS card number and expiry date, right to work reference documents, WhatsApp message content sent to the site agent, and a log of every interaction including timestamp, file accessed, and response provided.

How we use it

This data is used solely to operate the AI Cairde platform on behalf of the client — specifically to route site queries to the correct agent, retrieve the correct documents from the client's document management environment, generate structured interaction records, monitor workforce compliance, and produce monthly site reports. We do not use this data for marketing or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Who we share it with

To operate the platform we use a small number of sub-processors covering cloud document storage and collaboration infrastructure, AI processing infrastructure, and message delivery infrastructure. Each sub-processor operates under a data processing agreement with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Worker and interaction data is retained for the duration of the client contract plus 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted from all systems. Clients may request early deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at liamdunne@aicairde.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The AI Cairde platform does not use cookies beyond standard analytics to measure website traffic. No personal data is collected via cookies.
