Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Parties

These terms are between AI Cairde Ltd (registered in England and Wales, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) and the client business named in the signed Statement of Work.

The service

AI Cairde provides an AI-powered site coordination and workforce compliance platform. The platform captures site queries from workers, retrieves documents from the client's document management environment, generates structured interaction records, monitors workforce compliance, and produces monthly site reports. The specific scope of each deployment is defined in the Statement of Work.

Acceptable use

The platform is provided for UK construction site coordination and workforce compliance purposes only. Clients must not use the platform to process data unrelated to site operations, circumvent employment or immigration law, or misrepresent AI-generated responses as verified professional advice.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of documents uploaded to the platform, obtaining explicit consent from workers before their data is processed by the platform, notifying workers that AI is used to handle their queries, and maintaining accurate workforce records.

Intellectual property

AI Cairde Ltd retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the platform architecture, configuration, and reporting layer. The client retains ownership of all site data, documents, and interaction records generated on their behalf and stored in their document management environment.

Limitation of liability

The AI Cairde platform is a coordination and compliance monitoring tool. It does not constitute legal advice, professional engineering advice, or a substitute for legally required compliance processes. AI Cairde Ltd's total liability to the client in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid during that period.

Cancellation

The service is billed monthly with no minimum term unless otherwise agreed in the Statement of Work. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
